We just returned from a group vacation we rented two of the upstairs Suites they were modern clean and beautiful. We enjoyed being able to Lounge by the pool in the mornings and the easy walking distance to all the attractions we wanted to see. The front desk staff was amazing and always asked if we needed any help booking any excursions or getting a scooter and just generally asking what are plans were for the day. Being able to walk over to the beach to watch Sunrise was absolutely perfect. Just to be super clear for people using this as a reference for rather they want to book this location the fruit smoothies at the pool bar are more like Slurpees but perfect for kids or if you wanted to just have a nice refreshing pool side treat. If you want snacks you need to ask for them but they did provide simple snacks poolside for free bottled water was critical as and much appreciated you were able to grab as many bottles as you wanted every day. Highly recommend walking across the street to get a Cuban sandwich or Cuban coffee. Every evening there were several muffins that were delicious delivered to our rooms for the next morning and tiny little Dove ice cream bars in our freezer which was a perfect little sweet treat at the end of the day. If traveling with a group that you want to socialize with in the evening I would recommend getting one of the units on the ground floor and not the bi-level as the rooms were a little separated but still absolutely beautiful. What I'd say is close enough to the action but far away so you can enjoy the other parts of Key West besides Duval Street. 100% would recommend staying here. Every morning they were cleaning the pools and the walkways around the pools providing you with clean large towels and beautiful garden setting.

Second visit here. An oasis of calm in an otherwise busy place. Incredibly well located. Beautiful rooms and grounds. Pool is wonderful but somewhat small, so keep this in mind if you are traveling with kids. The suites are honestly some of the best hotel rooms I’ve ever stayed in. The flat suites are somewhat more spacious and more comfortably laid out than the two-story ones, but the two-stories allow for a bit more separation of the living/kitchen area from the bedrooms. Resort fee and nightly rate makes this a pricey place, but it’s worth it.

Fantastic hotel in the heart of Key West. We’ve stayed at several hotels there but we’ll be back to this one. Special shout out to Matilda for her commitment to customer service, a rarer commodity these days at many hotels.
