Where can I find information about your rooms?

We offer the lowest rates through our website at, and exclusive promotions and packages are solely accessible on our site. Periodically, we extend special offers to our patrons who follow us on Facebook, Instagram, and register on our website to receive exclusive deals via email.

How many people can stay in a room?

We have a max occupancy of 5 people total per suite.

Are children allowed?

Yes, we are a family-friendly resort. Children 12 years of age and younger are free. Children 13 years of age and older are considered adults and subject to extra person fees.

What is the minimum age required to make a reservation?

All reservations require the primary guest (whom the reservation is booked under) to be a minimum of 25 years of age or older

Are you pet friendly?

No, we are not pet friendly.

Do you have a resort fee?

A daily resort fee of $40.00 plus tax is assessed on all reservations and includes the following:
  • Beach services at the Southernmost Beach including chairs, towels and umbrellas for our guests.
  • Nightly turndown service with local fresh baked muffins, chocolates and mini Dove ice cream bars.
  • Exclusive daily happy hour at the poolside bar
  • Chilled fruit smoothies, popsicles and fresh fruit offered poolside
  • Two complimentary beverages at Tipsy Rooster Bar
  • Bottled water
  • High-Speed Wi-Fi
  • Concierge services

What are extra person fees?

A fee of $25.00 plus tax per person, per night is applicable when a suite accommodates more than 2 adults (adults defined as 13 years of age and older). This additional charge is collected during the reservation booking process. If guests arrive at the hotel with more adults than initially confirmed on the reservation, the extra person fee will be charged accordingly.

Are taxes included in rates?

Once you have selected your room of choice, taxes will be calculated in the total cost.

Why do you need my credit card details?

When booking your reservation online, a credit card is required to guarantee the reservation. A deposit for the total balance of the first night’s charge plus applicable taxes and fees is processed at the time of booking.

What types of cards do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express are all accepted as a method of payment.

Will I be refunded if I cancel my booking?

The applicable cancellation policy will depend on the dates of travel and reservation type booked. Non-refundable reservations cannot be cancelled without penalty. Flexible reservations can reflect either 14-day standard policies or 30-day cancellation policies if booked under specified Unique Event dates. Please check your confirmation for your applicable cancellation policy.

I have booked but I did not receive a confirmation by email. What do I have to do?

The most common reason for not getting a confirmation email is typing your email address incorrectly. Therefore, please double check your email address before finalizing your reservation. In some cases, our confirmation email may end up in your "spam folder". If you do not receive an email after you have made a booking, please send an email with your booking number and details to

What are the check-in and check-out times of a hotel?

Check-in begins at 4:00pm. Check-out is at 11:00am.

How can I request an early check-in or late check-out time?

Early check-in or late-checkout cannot be guaranteed, but we advise you to contact the hotel via email ( or call us directly at 305-296-5678 for requests.

I will be arriving late in the evening at the hotel. Can I still check-in?

Does the hotel have parking facilities?

Yes, guest parking is available for an additional nightly fee of $20.00 plus tax. A maximum of one parking permit is issued per reservation. All vehicles parked onsite must be registered or will be towed at the owner’s expense.

What are your pool hours?

Our pool is open daily from dawn until dusk.

Are the pools at the resort heated?

Yes, both of our pools are heated.

Is there a fitness center?

Yes. The fitness center is fully equipped to facilitate a comprehensive full-body workout, furnished with a Cybex elliptical, treadmill, fitness trainer, dumbbells, and yoga mats.

Do you have extra beds or cots?

We do not offer any extra rollaway beds or cots for the suites. All suites include a pull-out queen sofa bed in the living room.

Do you offer accommodation for the physically challenged?

We do offer ADA accessible suites. Please see and contact the hotel directly if you require accessible accommodation so that your booking can be reserved accordingly.

Is there an elevator at the hotel?

The hotel does not have an elevator. Bi-level suites feature stairs both on the inside of the suites to access both bedrooms and stairs to reach the suite entrance. Additionally, some of our flat suites necessitate the use of stairs to access the suites but do not have stairs within the suite. How far is the nearest beach?

The nearest beach is the Southernmost Beach, located approximately 2 blocks (0.2 miles) from the hotel. Our guests receive beach services at the Southernmost Beach that include chairs, towels and umbrellas. Please make sure to stop by the front desk for more details on our beach services.

Santa Maria Suites is located approximately 3.2 miles from Key West International Airport.

Do you have airport transfers available?

Airport transfers are not available through the hotel. Available transportation options from the airport include Uber, Lyft, and taxi service.
