The service at this resort is impeccable. Everything from check in to check out and everything in between was very smooth. The staff maintains a very clean property. Location is great, close to a small grocery and great cuban coffee across the street. The only drawback is the private beach you get access to is basically unusable. No one would actually use such a bad beach and not what you would expect at a tropical "paradise", so that part felt like false advertisement.

Spectacular accomodations and staff throughout. Spacious parking lot. Everything sparkly, squeaky clean!!

If you are a family or if you are a couple, this is the place to go to!! We are doing a round trip in Florida and after Miami, we choose the stay 4 nights in this hotel. We are 4 (two adults and two kids) and must say we loved the hotel, the rooms, the swimming pool and the général ambiance! Calm, cosy, cool, clean and confortable ! We really recommend this hotel and if we come back we will for sure book here again!

Bathrooms were small and two ceiling mounted rain showerheads were horrible. Neither the Queen bed nor pillows were comfortable. Pool and pool bar were great. Free bottled water at the pool was nice. Staff brought by muffins and chocolates each night. Front desk staff were polite and professional. They allowed us to park two vehicles at $20/vehicle/night. Location is close to the beach, Southernmost Point, the Lobster Shack, Cuban coffee and a couple of bars. Kitchen was adequately equiped. We had a two bedroom suite and it was fine for 4 people, but you have to be able to walk two flights of stairs to get to your bedroom.
