The Santa Maria Suites was an amazing hotel. Many times I forgot I was staying in a hotel complex instead of a condo. Beautiful pool area, complimentary smoothies. It was all wonderful. The rooms were extremely modern and luxurious. And everything was in walking distance. Would definitely stay here again!

Very clean suite with a full kitchen and washer and dryer. Everything needed to live there indefinitely. It has a very nice pool area with a couple pools and a bar.

The suite was very spacious with an excellent kitchen, well-equipped with everything to prepare a nice dinner within the comforts of your room. Ours was on the ground floor, so access was easy, no schlepping of heavy bags up stairs which other units require. Pools were lovely, never too crowded. There were no children while we stayed, late September, and guests ranged in age from mid 20's to late 60's. It was definitely a chill atmosphere, however, we did stay during the week, departed on a Saturday morning, and you could tell the weekend would be much busier and probably less chill. We loved the location. It's not in the midst of everything, but a short walk, or a shorter cab ride, and you're right there. We had driven down from Miami, so we had a rental. There is a parking lot right behind the resort. We could see our car from the bedroom window, so that's also very convenient. We drove once to the supermarket and stocked up since there is a full kitchen. It was maybe 15 minutes away. There's a market diagonal from the resort. They have many things one may need, including fresh young coconuts which they drill open for you so you may easily sip the hydrating liquid from a straw. I would certainly stay here again. The sushi was amazing too!
