Tolles Resort mit grosszügigen Suiten. Leider hält sich das Publikum nicht immer an die Regeln, das stört die Ruhe am Pool zum Teil.

I really enjoyed my stay at this resort; however, there were a few issues. Positives: 1. staff is incredible - very helpful and friendly. 2. rooms were very clean (I did have a problem with my shower not being clean but the hotel refunded me for my resort fee and sent house keeping over asap to clean it) 3. I have never stayed in such a clean and well cared for hotel. 4. the hotel felt very safe and well kept up. 5. the rooms are very spacious and it is so nice to have a full kitchen and washer and dryer 6. house keeping is incredible! They emptied the coffee pot every day, loaded and ran the dishwasher, perfectly made the beds, and even vacuumed the couch every single day! 7. a more quite and peaceful environment. Negatives : 1. the walls are thin. I could hear every step from the people above me. 2. the beds are very firm and not vey comfortable. The sheets were also not very soft. 3. the free smoothies are just slushies that are not very good 4. you have to pay extra to rent the bikes the resort "provides." 5. the "garden view" is a view of a wall, mailboxes, and an electrical panel.
