The rooms and kitchen were clean and two bed rooms are useful for the family, but they were small and dark. The pool was small and patio was not comfortable because of insects and noise. This hotel doesn't provide breakfast and lunch. We have to go outside and wait in a line. I chose this hotel because I expected some delicacy for the guest service but there were not. The staff making Mohito in poolside didn't look hygienic and the other staff on lobby didn't provide detailed information about hotel services. Definitely it was not worth the price.

Super friendly staff. Nice pools! Rooms/bathrooms are tiny, tiny. Couldn't figure out ice maker, lol. "Breakfast" is apparently just a muffin, which is ok but misleading. We specifically looked for a hotel that served breakfast due to an early flight/time crunch in the morning. Nothing was open yet so we flew hungry. Swore they had beach access too... but they do not. Just the pool area. Closes at 10pm.

The stay was good. But manager was very difficult to deal with during check in and especially check out. Our 3 year old daughter stubbed her toe on a piece of furniture so badly it tore her nail off so we asked for an hour late check out, which was denied. We scrambled around all morning getting to CVS, dealing with our daughter’s injury. The manage and staff called and came by the unit, hovering around to make sure we were leaving. We ended up leaving at 11:35am, thirty five minutes late. After we left I noticed a $75 late check out fee on the invoice. After a 10 minute, spirited conversation with the manager, she refused to waive the fee. Mind you this was our 3rd spring break here in a row, totaling upwards of $15k. So the $75 fee felt like a slap in the face. Unfortunate ending to our spring break.

Very nice place. Location is good but there are much better options with similar costs. Service is best always smiling and trying to help. The room is quite big, bed are not so big and bathroom is not comfertable.
