Fantastic hotel in the ...

Fantastic hotel in the heart of Key West. We’ve stayed at several hotels there but we’ll be back to this one. Special shout out to Matilda for her commitment to customer service, a rarer commodity these days at many hotels.

I cannot say enough ...

I cannot say enough about this AMAZING resort, but I will..lol. First, the rooms are the best on the island. We have stayed at few different hotels in Key West and the Santa Maria is the best so far. Ray, Leila, and our favorite staff, Matilda, were absolutely amazing! The staff went above and beyond to make sure that my family and I were comfortable for the entire week. The free muffins, ice-cream, and happy hour made our evenings very enjoyable. Perfect location. Rooms have washers and dryers. Full kitchen cuts down on food expense. Honestly, we could have had a great Key West vacation without ever leaving the hotel!
